UPDATE: Due to safety precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic, public and Catholic school boards are unable to allow groups to rent or use school facilities for meetings or programs.  The Community Association’s regular monthly meetings will be rescheduled and updated information will be posted here later when we have more details.  For now, disregard the below information on monthly meetings being held at Henry Kelsey School as meetings will not be held there at all in 2020.

MONTHLY MEETINGS – Board members meet once a month on the last Wednesday of the month, starting at 6:30 pm in the staff room at Henry Kelsey School, 16 Valens Drive. Board members do not meet in December or summer months. Meetings are open to the public, but only board members are able to vote. You are welcome to attend any meeting to find out more about what is going on and coming up in your community. If you’d like to talk about something specific, please email the Chairperson and ask to be put on the meeting agenda: HBPMKWinfo@gmail.com .
